Satheesh Namasivayam, a co-Founder of MindVISA, holds a Masters degree with majors in Economics and Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School.

Satheesh has traveled in more than 60 countries and has spoken at numerous corporate events as well as prominent international institutions. His book “Leading without Licence” was placed in the business best-sellers list by Business Standard, a leading Indian national daily. He was a visiting faculty member at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, where he taught a course on leadership.

Previously, Satheesh advised corporate boards and senior executives on business strategy, leadership, and governance, around the world.

Bade Kucukoglu, a co-Founder of MindVISA, has for over a decade pioneered cross-cultural models in self-discovery and peer-to-peer learning for adolescents. She has led creation of MindVISA’s student programs in India, Thailand, Ethiopia and Turkey.

Bade loves traveling, and has extensively traveled in over 40 countries. Previously, she was the Executive Director of Small Enterprise Finance Centre at the Institute of Financial Management and Research in India. Earlier, she was the Secretary General of Kagider – Women Entrepreneurs Association in Turkey. After graduating from Bogazici University with a BA in Economics, Bade received a MA in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University.

Sivaram Bandhakavi, an advisor to Center for AWE, is a Director on the Board of IKP. Earlier, as the CEO of IKP Trust, Sivaram’s work included managing IKP Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund manager, and IKP Health.

Sivaram’s prior experience involves consulting and program design spanning business and public domains in India and the USA. In the public sector, he worked with Aadhaar, the Ministry of Education, and the Home Ministry, Government of India. Earlier, he worked with in the IT sector and was also an adjunct at IIT Madras. Sivaram co-authored “Leading without Licence”.

Sivaram holds an MPA in Economics and Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from IIM Lucknow, and a B.Tech. from IIT Madras.
